I have already sent you the list to do but here are some reminders:

Most important: Marketing reel, content, reaching out local influencer moms
to capture our Center, reaching la place 0-5 clients and previous visits
(mehwaish)

1. Your new email
2. Communication with parents during office hours and daycare hours
3. Parents committee email to the members and parents
4. Menu display in daycare
5. Staff recruitment- creating their files and ensuring all staff files are
up to date. Upload their documents =F0=9F=93=83.

6. Staff training - programming, parents relations, agenda communication,
classroom management, art display, lessons and management of children
behaviours
7. Parents workshop - TBD
8. Website update - Anto
9. Update employee handbook- employee uniforms and yearly contracts for
homeroom educators
10. I Will Start a google drive to share documents with you

Monday morning you may start at 8:30 am and ghazala starts at 11:30 (she
does lunch, kitchen Clean up and then goes in the class)


interview Jacqueline at 10:00 am (CANCELED)

You will step in class at ratio (8 kids)

Tuesday office hours 1 to 4:30 (karola will be in the class)

Wednesday tots class - ghazala starts at 11:30 (replaces farheen for lunch)

Thursday- tots class

Friday - anna in class and you will have office hours from 1 to 3:00 -
ghazala starts at 11:30 (lunch breaks and classroom replacement l)

Its very important to guide the educators and to cut them when there are
low numbers and when children are getting picked up. We have to teach them
to follow ratio. Our numbers are still not adequate to host all the
educators.

Only persons hours that cannot be played with are yours because of the
admin work and tots class.

Ghazala will close Monday Wednesday and Friday (11:30 to 6)
