Registrations steps at Kiddy Kat

After the visit

1. Follow up email
2. Send parent the majeuness registration link
3. Once registered, create contract to be signed in person or request for
online signature (tylenol, sunscreen, and photo permission slip +
medication paper)
4. Ask parents to complete child profile
5. Request documents: child's birth certificate, medicare card, and vaccine
book (copies via email)
6. Once child is registered then send orientation package, supplies list

When we have the start date - share childs name and information with the
homeroom educator so she can set up a cubby, mat, medical basket etc.

I have already sent the link to the new fam that visited us today. I will
share the documents and their email with you to do the follow ups.
