Dear Marnie,

Hope you had a good weekend.

Please see the list for this week and please update me on last week=E2=80=
=99s list.

1. Parents committee - email - we have to inform all the parent about the
meeting taking place tomorrow night on Google meet. (I will get on this
right away)


2. Create a physical 2023-2024 parents committee folder as well as on
google drive. This would have the members list, general assembly attendees,
meeting minutes, and meeting notices.

3. Weekly updates - I will send this as I know you are in the class today.

4. Interview new educators. Please share their synopsis with me. Please
remember that the educator we hire (part time hours, filler hours,
replacements for sick days etc). So this person should be flexible with
their hours!!! Closing everyday (1 to 6 pm)

5. VISIT - Tuesday October 3rd 2023 - baby room

5. ON BOARDING NEW CLIENTS - call parents on la place -05, flyers
distribution as soon as they arrive, continue to ask parents to share with
their families and friends, and marketing pictures.

1. Am snack
2. One or two morning activities
3. Lunch
4. Afternoon snack
5. Afternoon activities

Reels - sharing our services, educators introduction, tips for parents etc.

6. Emergency Folder, Medical Files (children)

7. Staff files - to ensure their up to date both physical and online
