Happy Monday,

How fast does the weekend go by?

Here are some of the things to tackle this week:

1. Issue a tax form for William - I=E2=80=99ll fwd the email mommy sent me

2. Follow up with Noor and Justine (super important as they start in Jan)

3. Baby room visit on Wednesday at 10 am - we will need ghazala earlier so
that all educators are in their classrooms - I=E2=80=99ll ask her - this is=
 a
referral family they were referred to us by another family (Maggie). Mom
works at Maggie =C2=B4a salon and is looking for a part time spot.

Part time rate 75$ per day vs full time 65.00$ per day

4. Registration check list
5. Educators check list - the thing is that all educators have tasks to
help with and if we create a checklist and assign the educators to do their
share in their shifts - all work will be accountable for
6. Employee handbook signing - Taz and Megha
7. Weekly updates - send out Friday
8. Please advise Nick about the food quantity
9. Marketing - daycare photos and staff photos
10. Holiday finger food planning with the parents committee
11. Holiday show planing
12. Children evaluations
13. Meeting with beebo

Some of the things are ongoing and may go into next week.

I=E2=80=99m sure I=E2=80=99m forgetting something but I=E2=80=99ll share th=
is and of course I will
tackle this list too on days I=E2=80=99m in the office.
