Hi Marnie,

Happy Monday.

See admin tasks for the week

1. Snack and dessert menu to be adjusted to fruits as discussed. Print for
daycare and send to parents

2.Contracts Follow up - For arwa and abdullah tell mom I made an
exception that they can put a break twice only(ask her for the
exact dates). We reserve the right to give the spots to full time children
should the opportunity come up. This should be manually written in their
contract. I will then adjust their files in majeuness so they are not
billed for vacation time. They will be gone longer than two weeks and
it's the only exception.

3. Justine file? Where are we at ?

4. On board new clients - Call parents on La place 0-5 for those that want
an immediate spot
Prek - we have spots on Monday and Friday
Tots - Monday and Friday
Baby - 3 full time spots available

5. Krystel - on board - signing of employee agreement, and tech agreement

6. Weekly updates

7. Themes to plan for December

8. Staff meeting to schedule in December for homeroom staff only - we will
inform the support staff if something they should know (can be same day as
photos and brunch)

9. Medicine closet - ensure all baskets are there for existing children,
their medical protocols are signed and weight is up to date,
tylenol expiration to check

10. Attendance print out - we keep a printed version for MFA inspection
(October and November)

11. Employee emergency numbers - in all locations where there is a phone

12. Holiday decorating - christmas tree, wintery vibe - parents committee
and homeroom staff

13. Staff photos, and holiday brunch date to be selected


I will tackle the above =F0=9F=91=86 list with you where I can. This week I=
 will be
coming in the afternoons, so we can discuss things as needed.
