Hi Marnie,

Happy Monday and start to the week.

Here are the goals and to do for this week:

Monday morning you will be in class in am due to the numbers below =E2=AC=
=87=EF=B8=8F

Poupon: Justine and ishaq
Tots: Ben, annyasha, Kabir, Arianna
Bigs: william, Ismail, Hana, Julia, diana

It=E2=80=99s best to do a Monday morning program in each class vs splitting=
 your
group. After nap we can split the groups in 2 when ghazala starts at 2 and
she will still need your guidance (I would recommend the kids can nap
together tots and bigs in monkey class so when waking up it=E2=80=99s a bet=
ter
transition).

I will be in the office to assist with the tasks below: =F0=9F=91=87

1. Children medical folders (YELLOW)

2. Ali=E2=80=99s parents will come in at 4:30 (I will prepare paper registr=
ation
for them to complete)

already have a version we can tweak

B. Schedule routine break down 8:30 to 12:30 for each class

 with my
husband and accountant

D. Anything else to add (educator intro)

5. I emailed Nick to add desert this week (let me know if it arrives)

6. Ms Taz has a great idea of a reel to create - she discussed it with you.
I asked her to make a schedule so we can execute the filming. She suggested
a few shots to film tomorrow but I have MfA eval at 10 am.


7. Noor can=E2=80=99t do 6 pm. She will do the 11 to 3 until she finds a jo=
b or
until I find an educator. On Jan 24 I will schedule Noor at 10 am (open
house).

9. Ishaq will attend on Monday and Friday this week. If he comes other days
il reconfirm with Ms Krystel - he ll be picked up by 1ish or sooner
depending on my daily meetings. By pick up I mean to nurse him.

10.  La place 0-5 - send parents ready to register the link to for Jan 24
open house

Some of the above I will tackle with you. I would like to have another
meeting with you this week on AD tasks and classroom role.

I am starting to take back my responsibilities at our beautiful center
therefore there will be some adjustments to your day to day
responsibilities and tasks.
