Happy Friday,

How=E2=80=99s Hendrix?

Yesterday was a day but we pulled through.

For today goals please:

1. Enroll Yusuf=E2=80=99s mom a follow up on his integration plan, and the =
next few
signatures we will take from her on Monday - and inform Taz so she can
prepare classroom and cubby for him (in class is a mat and blanket bin)

2. Weekly - no updates that I can think of besides learning themes, Megha
as stagiaire on Tuesday


3. Scheduling - everyone remains the same except Taz (on Monday and Tuesday
to finish at 1:30 and Friday at noon) - this will bring Taz to at least 30
but we are stretched thin. Hope numbers grow to support daycare budget.

4. I told Megha that she d be just doing her stage on Tuesday and
Wednesday/ Thursday paid stage but there=E2=80=99s no educator in class wit=
h her
she gets about two days of hours for her stage

I will email all the families that either canceled or were no shows to
follow up for visits but so far next week we have a visit on Wednesday at
10 for baby room. I will cc on the email for easy follow ups.

We have to fill up for Monday and Friday

Monday:

Baby room: 2 spots available
Tots: 3 spots available
Bigs: 2 spots left

Friday:

Baby room: 2 spots available
Tots: 3 spots available
Bigs: 5 spots available

I know we are getting part time interests so for those they have to share
the week unless they are full time and they are prioritized.

I=E2=80=99ll hop on a call to touch base if needed in the afternoon.

Just a reminder admin from home is 3 hours paid.

That=E2=80=99s about all on my end. I=E2=80=99m ready to call it a week and=
 just unwind
with the family at home.
