Hi Marnie,

See admin below:

1. Great for starting up on the next two registrations. Please do ensure
that they get their tax form and instructions on how they can apply.

2. Valentine's day - please ensure the homeroom educators are all sending
some art home (card) on V Day. Also I will look into cookie decorating for
the kids. Please ask Nick's wife - we will see what the cost is....

3. YELLOW FOLDERS - are they all finished? - woohoo

4. Medical baskets - ensure all kids have one with one ear piece and a
tylenol administering syringe

5. We are due to weigh the kids - ask parents to weigh them at home and
sign off in the medical form with homeroom teachers - this is done every
three months (add a reminder in weekly)

6. Attendance print out - I have a big black binder in my office we can use.
2023 has to be done from March until December
2024 - January to do and to keep up for the rest of the year

7. Noor's police check - we have to reapply asap hers is expired - its 80$
educators expense

Am ADMIN tasks to keep a close eye on (ongoing)

1. Medicine folders
2. Emergency contact
3. Programming and evaluations (due in June) - day to day - ensuring staff
is on board
4. Weekly and Scheduling
