Salam Sheerose and Fariha,

I hope you are both doing well.

The long weekend sped by and mashallah it has been wonderful seeing
friends and family over Iftar.

I wanted to reach out to plan accordingly inshallah.

On Eid Salah day:

We would love to have a table or partnered with another refreshment table.
We have a cute set up - of our banner, and some marketing supplies like our
business cards, journal book, etc. We also wanted to give the kids candy -
We are trying to decide between loose candy or premade loot bags - if we
had an approximate number of children attending it would be great.

One of my staff members will be there to help as well and maybe a parent
volunteer too.

What time can they go set up?

Thank you and if there is anything else we should know please let me know.

Looking forward to Eid and making lots of dua in the last 9 days of
Ramadan.

Warm regards,

Mehwaish
