Hi Marnie,

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is when the classrooms would go over.

Here is what we would do to stay within our staffing budget.

We would both put ourselves in the classroom on Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday.

We would have to officially move two over to Taz -  I can be her second
teacher.

We max Noor's class to 10 and you would be her second am teacher. If the
baby room increases - we only open a second group with four more children
in the group to hire an educator to be with Kristel.

We have to move according to chronological age ( Jannat & Haneefa) to open
up for the new child and bring Kayden over so there is room for the 20
month old to join the panda room.

If these two spots get filled we need to send out a memo to our families
that we are phasing out part timers and to add a day by September or they
would risk losing a spot as our full time demand is increasing.

Also offer the new family as of May 1st 2024 - to allow us to process the
files and scheduling staff. I have already emailed noor to increase her
hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
