Hi Miss Noor,

We hope this email finds you well.

I wanted to share my disappointment with you today.

I walked in at 3:15 pm and I saw that there were 17 children still present
and only two educators. Miss Marni told me you had to leave at 2:30. Please
understand that respecting ratios with insufficient number of educators in
the building puts our center at many different risk factors. I expect a
little flexibility on the behalf of our team so when we have situations
like today we can pull together. I arrived at 3:15 and you would've been
able to finish your shift.

I try my best to respect the hours you have requested. I am however in need
of an educator that is flexible with her hours when educators are absent or
when ratios are higher to stay until the numbers drop to finish.

I will be your teacher partner tomorrow, so it is not the best place to
discuss a serious issue as such.

I hope that you understand this and can meet us halfway when required.

Sincerely,

Miss Mehwaish
