Hi Marnie,

Happy Wednesday.

I will be doing my admin today from home. I have another commitment at noon
as well so I will be at work as scheduled for 1:30.

For the morning you can take Kayden to the tots room so Ms. Kristel will
have 5 kids and in the afternoon two should be leaving earliest 3:30 to
bring us to 21.

Also Ms. Taz mentioned that Monday morning she's seeing a rush so please
start at 8:45 am on Monday as well. However on Friday you can start at 9:15
latest.

I hope we can catch up at 1:30 while the kids are sleeping.

2. Graduation party
3. Parents committee
4. Summer hire (melanie?)
5. Evening educator especially in the summer - I know you have scheduled
Fatima for Monday so lets see how that goes -which class will she be doing
her observation in?
6. Megha her last day is next Tuesday - i would add her on the sub list for
the interim period while we build our sub list
7. Building of a sub list - at least two educators
