Here are this week's tasks:

1. *Summer Vacation Shifts*

 Hiring summer replacements - ask Melanie if she can work 11 to 5:30 pm -
and then I will email the Kazzaz sisters and new hired person to do 1 to 6
with availability in am should another employee be sick etc.

2. Tuesday, April 22 2024 I need to meet each employee for about 15
minutes. I can do so in the morning when numbers are low or at 1;00 pm when
Melanie arrives. This would mean to ensure that the kitchen is cleaned so
Melanie can replace the educators.

*3. La Place 0-5 - we need to offer spots for September *

4. Summer Camp - need a new strategy = zero hits this year

5. I have an architect coming tomorrow for the backyard - I will need you
to cover me in noors class while i see him. It will be brief - he's very
quick. Appt time between 11 and 11:30 ( if you have to serve lunch do so -
we will let noor know we are around should she need us)

6. Attendance - I will email parents for March again - that's to be printed

6. Planning for the following events:

a. Mothers Day
b. Planting
c. Graduation party
d. End of Year and fathers day
e. Evaluation reports to be ready for June 07 2024 - and set up parent
teacher meetings

7. In house class registrations

Adam and Hana want 4 days each - need to email mom to ask when she wants to
start this as we have to plan.
Ask Beebo's mom for his baby brother in baby room
We lose Rita end of May

8. Speaking of transitions officially we will do transitions and class
lists for September but in the meantime we just move kids around when
ratios allow.
