Dear Parents Committee Members,

I acknowledge your email and all the concerns mentioned.  I would like to
meet at the daycare to address the concerns brought up.

I am available on Monday (9 am to 4 pm), Wednesday (9 am to 11), or
Thursday (9 am to 11).

Please kindly let me know which day time works best for you and who will
attend the meeting. Also one PC member can take initiative be present at
the meeting and the rest will be informed via email.
