Good morning Marnie,

Hope you had a lovely Mother=E2=80=99s Day weekend.

Here are some of the things to tackle this week please:

There are two visits this morning:

1. Mireille at 9:45 am she wanted two with us for camp - the only thing
that=E2=80=99s important to tell her is that is her child will be with our =
bigs
class. Nap time he won=E2=80=99t nap =F0=9F=98=B4 but if we have an educato=
r he ll have an
outdoor activity otherwise it=E2=80=99s indoors quiet play.

2. Nihad at 10:45 am - baby room September

3. After you serve lunch replace Noor in class. She has her Mother=E2=80=99=
s Day
crafts to finish - so she has 11:30 to 12:30 to finish it. At 12:30 she
should come back to class and you can go on break.

4. Mother=E2=80=99s Day set up

1. Covering gym windows
2. How many moms signed up? based on that we will set up accordingly - like
number of chairs and tables
3. Unwrap cutlery and set up the tables
4. Individual flower =F0=9F=8C=B8 wrapping

5. I=E2=80=99ll be there today at 1:30 to help with the set up but please d=
o get
started with what you can in the above list. (I have to pick up laiba at
2:45)

6. Attendance print out (I sent out March already) and will send April this
week.

7. Medical files

8. Children=E2=80=99s registration folders - the ones I have you to ensure =
their
complete

9. New menu - I will fwd it to you shortly

Main concentration today is the Mother=E2=80=99s Day set up. I=E2=80=99ll e=
mail the PC TO
SEE if they are available to set up today, and tomorrow for take down.
Natasha said she can com help at 9:30 - so I=E2=80=99ll ask her to set up t=
he
drinks, coffee, any other details to look at.

10. Please advise Noor of the assistant educator who will be with her
tomorrow.

That=E2=80=99s all on my end.
