Hello Sophie,


I hope this email finds you well.

As you saw today and yesterday, some of the challenges we face when we take
care of Ibrahim.

Our ultimate goal is that we can provide him the guidelines and appropriate
measures to see him succeed.

Ibrahim has already been visiting the giraffe =F0=9F=A6=92 classroom whenev=
er there
is space and he will be fully integrated in September. However our concerns
as a team is the behavioural challenges. As a team we are implementing firm
limits and boundaries. He is also given opportunities to release his
energy.

As his educators we cannot implement a program and also follows his needs
one on one. After discussing with the team and Sensei Meghan whom never has
a tough day at kiddy Kat, today even she told me that she was not able to
give the bigs the proper attention that she should have been able to teach
her class with very few interruptions.

We need your full collaboration in setting limits and being firm with
Ibrahim. He has to get the same message from both home and daycare.

I am sharing two resources to help you make a decision of whom can provide
support outside of the daycare.

behalf of our team whom are burning out and the children who deserve to
