I hope this email finds you well. I understand that the recent pay
adjustment has caused some understandable concern and frustration. Your
dedication and hard work are greatly valued here at Garderie Kiddy Kat and
I want to address your concerns directly.

The decision to adjust pay rates was not made lightly, and I want to assure
you that it was done with careful consideration of the current economic
conditions and our commitment to sustaining the company's operations in the
long term. Please know that this was not a reflection of your performance
or your value to the team.

Your contributions have been instrumental to our success, and your
perspective is important to us. Our decision on the paycut and increase of
classroom hours remains the same.

I respect the decision you will make after this. Please provide me with
a written response by July 11 2024. I am open to suggestions. The number of
children and the workload of the center is before you.
