Hi Miss Marnie,

Here are some reminders to work on during the admin hours - hoping that you
can have the morning to admin and not too many changes as the numbers will
be low next week.

*Our baby room wait list grew :))) we have 9 babies waiting to start in
January 2025!!! This is a very important baby room guided tour to work on!!
I will start a canva invite for these moms. The date remains the same (Sept
26 2024 - time to be decided)*

1. Speak to Noor and Taz about which one can finish at 2 pm. Also if Taz is
available to work on Thursday 8:30 to 2:00. (Remember me and Mel are on
vacation)

2. I ordered the classroom decor to launch our next academic school year
(2024-2025). I will cancel the accents for the cubbies as I agree that
putting the animals the classrooms are already assigned is a much better
idea. Can you work on a motif (send it to me) and then we will send it off
for printing?.

3. Given the numbers being low - please assign each homeroom one day to
redo their class - I have already mentioned this to them in person and via
email. Wait until the materials arrive, distribute them and then assign a
day (Monday or Friday work best as only two teachers are needed and one can
work in her class). Please give them their class list for 2024-2025 which
will include the children's bday.

4. Let me know how Beebo's last day went and if Tamara did in fact come to
observe him at our daycare.

5. Next week I will send Ishaq on Wednesday so that I can spend time with
Ismail. On Friday next week they might both come as I will be doing a big
clean up at home to prepare for back to school for our kids at home.

6. Kabirs mom was concerned if he ever had beef other times - I honestly
couldn't answer that for her..but if you can reassure her that we are on
top it would be great!

7. The baby room visit tomorrow please encourage them to start in September
as it's hard for us to hold a spot until november.

8. Upstairs - please add one pack of brown paper towels in the bathroom for
the weekend rental.

9. This saturday, the cleaning lady is scheduled but staff is still
responsible for their day to day cleaning.

I will now go connect with my three little ducks!!
