Hi Melanie,

I hope your holidays are going well.

Your first visit is taking place on Monday, January 06 2025 at 9:30 am.

Here are the key things to make note of:

1. daily baby room rate is 55.00$ - its a special we have at the moment.

2. Parent name is Ravneet - her email address is: rav94@hotmail.com

3. During the visit - i show the classrooms, brief hello to the teachers,
explain the baby room program and routine. Ms kristel knows the routine and
program well, so she can certainly explain it.

4. The space is available immediately, but she will need to complete the
registration.

After the visit, send her a follow up email. Once she accepts to take the
spot here a few important things to establish:

- start date of baby
- the first two weeks are integration - the integration is 1 hour a day and
we build up to a meal, nap etc.
- send her an online registration link through majeuness.

Login majeuness
under Daycare tab
click on Forms
Under options send electronic forms - add her email and it will be sent to
her;

Once she completes it - you can verify her email you will see a new
notification pop on the top right side, verify each section, and select
group poupon and family relations as none.

I am attaching the list of documents such as
registration docs, supplies list and child profile.

To create a child file in amigest is necessary too. You will add a new
child and this will enable us to login attendance and complete their daily
attendance.


You can generate the advance tax form as well through majueness. To apply
for the credit, you will need to send them the tax form, and they will
apply through their revenue quebec account. They will need to have on:

Child birth certificate
Direct deposit form
parents proof of income.


The chip access is through amigest. Once the child's file is created, under
each parent you can add a chip. The chips are in the second drawer. Once
the chip is added, you have to synchronise the chip by clicking on
synchronise door. Test the chip on the front door to ensure its activated.

Child's medical file:

From majeuness you can print all the docs - use another's child yellow
folder to set up the documents. The parent needs to sign all the designated
places in the forms.

The first page is printed from Amigest which i can add once i am back.

I=E2=80=99ll share the necessary documents through via Google docs.

The most essentiel steps are

1. Majeuness file
2. Amigest file
3. Medical file
4. Childs cubby label and in class labeling
5. Chips to get access to the daycare

The missing stuff will be taken care of when I am back.

Also i will of course full train you in registrations too but this one they
want the spot right away and we need to fill in the spots.
