Hello,

I hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education from LaSalle College, along wi=
th specialized Montessori training. Over the past two decades, I have dedica=
ted my career to nurturing and educating young children, working in private d=
aycares and Montessori programs across Montreal. My deep passion for child d=
evelopment, creative learning, and holistic education has now led me to take=
 on the role of Assistant Director, where I bring my extensive experience an=
d leadership to support our educators, children, and families.

Before stepping into this role, I gained valuable administrative experience i=
n early childhood settings, where I developed a strong foundation in program=
 development, staff mentorship, and fostering a positive learning environmen=
t. With this well of knowledge, I am committed to ensuring that every child i=
n our care receives the highest quality education in a nurturing and stimula=
ting setting.

In the classroom, I bring a dynamic blend of enthusiasm, warmth, and experti=
se. I have a deep love for science and yoga, which I incorporate into engagi=
ng activities that inspire curiosity, encourage movement, and promote overal=
l well-being. My approach is rooted in creating meaningful, hands-on learnin=
g experiences that spark joy and foster a lifelong love of discovery.

As a mother of a 10-year-old daughter, I personally understand the importanc=
e of a supportive and enriching environment where children feel safe, valued=
, and empowered. My dedication to early childhood education, combined with m=
y leadership experience and passion for innovation, allows me to make a mean=
ingful impact on both students and staff.
