Salam Mehwaish,

Thank you for the follow up, she had blood tests done when she was an
infant and they told me to watch her and if she presented some symptoms to
tell her to her family doctor so she could order more tests. They
recommended that I feed her no sugar or very little, whole grains, healthy
fats and proteins. Usually what I give her at home as a snack is almost
always the same thing and I rotate it. I give her fruits + a
protein/healthy fat. Like for example yesterday she had strawberries with
cheese and in the afternoon blueberries with natural Greek yogurt. It's a
fruit + natural Greek yogurt/3%milk/cheese/nuts. But I am not sure if nuts
are okay as a lot of kids are allergic to nuts. I usually buy a big block
of cheese or a big container of Greek yogurt or nuts from Costco (the big
bag).
Let me know if you want me to bring anything with me that she can have as a
snack.
