Dear Parents,

We wanted to inform you that we are = beginning a gentle transition in the baby room as many of the children are = showing signs of readiness to move from two naps to one.

Over the past few weeks, our educato= rs have been observing that the children are becoming more alert and energe= tic in the mornings and naturally staying awake longer. In response, we are= starting to gradually phase out the morning nap.

Today was the first day of this subt= le change, and only one baby ended up falling asleep during the morning res= t period. Instead of a full nap, the children enjoyed quiet time with books= and dim lighting to help them rest and recharge before their next activity= .

We understand that every child adap= ts at their own pace, and we are here to support each child through this ro= utine change. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your child= ’s specific needs, please don’t hesitate to speak with our baby= room educator or a member of the admin team. We are here to guide and supp= ort you through this transition.

Nous souhaitons vous informer que no= us amorçons une transition en douceur dans le groupe des béb&= eacute;s, car plusieurs enfants montrent des signes qu’ils sont pr&ec= irc;ts à passer d’une routine de deux siestes à une seu= le.

Au cours des dernières semain= es, nos éducatrices ont observé que les enfants sont de plus = en plus alertes et actifs le matin, et restent naturellement éveill&= eacute;s plus longtemps. C’est pourquoi nous commençons &agrav= e; réduire graduellement la sieste du matin.

Aujourd’hui était le pr= emier jour de ce changement subtil. Un seul bébé s’est = endormi. Les enfants ont plutôt profité d’un moment calm= e avec des livres et des lumières tamisées, leur permettant d= e se reposer un peu avant la prochaine activité.

Nous savons que chaque enfant s&rsq= uo;adapte à son propre rythme, et nous sommes là pour les acc= ompagner tout au long de ce changement de routine. Si vous avez des questio= ns ou souhaitez discuter des besoins particuliers de votre enfant, n’= hésitez pas à en parler avec l’éducatrice du gro= upe des bébés ou un membre de l’équipe administr= ative.
