Hi Gabi and Mehwaish,

We want to discuss a couple of concerns that have come up recently:

1) We've noticed that on a few occasions when a replacement educator is
present, Emilia=E2=80=99s *bottle (formula that we provide daily) has not b=
een
given to her at all. *

This has now happened *three times*. This morning I clearly explained to
Miss V that the *formula bottle was for the afternoon*, and found it
unopened at pickup. I had communicated this on the other days her bottle
was missed with her or other educators at drop-off.

*It=E2=80=99s very important that she receives this bottle as part of her r=
outine
and nutritional needs*, so we are quite concerned that it has been missed
multiple times. I=E2=80=99d really appreciate it if this communication issu=
e could
be addressed to ensure consistency, especially when Miss Olivia is not
present.

2) Also, there have been *two outdoor incidents in the past week where
Emilia bumped her head*. Since both happened while she was playing outside
with other children, and given that she isn=E2=80=99t walking yet, I=E2=80=
=99d like to
kindly suggest that she *be watched a bit more closely around the older,
more mobile kids*. I completely understand that small accidents can happen,
but I just want to make sure she stays safe during outdoor playtime.

Thank you very much for your understanding and for taking the time to look
into both points. I really appreciate all the care you provide for *Emilia*=
,
and I just want to ensure we=E2=80=99re all on the same page for her routin=
e and
safety.

Warmly,
Jessie and Simon
