Dear Sensei Meghan,

I hope this message finds you well.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your
continued commitment and dedication to *Kiddy Kat*. You have been teaching
karate here for close to ten years, and we truly love and value your
classes. The children benefit greatly from your sessions, and we see the
difference you make every single week.

However, I wanted to gently address something that came up today. While I
briefly stepped away from the Giraffe class to get pumpkins for an activity
and the floater was covering for me, it came to my attention that you asked
Ms. Adrin why she had nine children in the class.

As a daycare owner and educator, I am fully aware of our ratios and
staffing, and we have a complete team ensuring the children=E2=80=99s safet=
y and
well-being. I truly appreciate your care and concern, but I would kindly
ask that such conversations not be directed to my teachers. This can place
them in uncomfortable positions, and as their leader, I take full
responsibility for ratios, staffing, and programming.

Our small daycare works extremely hard to maintain the highest standards of
safety, security, and quality care for our children and families. What was
said today felt more hurtful than constructive, and I know that wasn=E2=80=
=99t your
intention. We are proud of our team and feel very fortunate to work with
such dedicated educators.

Thank you once again for continuing to share your passion for karate with
our children. I deeply value your presence at KK, and I hope we can
continue working together with mutual respect and understanding.

Warm regards,
*Ms. Mehwaish*
