Supporting Charlie=E2=80=99s Nap Routine and Integration =F0=9F=8C=99

Hello Melanie,

We hope this email finds you well.

We recommend waking Charlie up early enough so she can have her first nap
between 9:15=E2=80=939:30 a.m. This will allow her to have enough wake time=
 for her
second nap around 12:30=E2=80=9312:45 p.m. Her first nap will be approximat=
ely 45
minutes long.

Our goal is for Charlie to take her bottle with her teacher and for the
teacher to put her down for her nap. Please let us know how her schedule
looks on Monday =E2=80=94 we=E2=80=99ll start by attempting her first nap a=
t daycare and
keep you updated on how it goes, especially since she has started taking
the bottle with Ms. Olivia. We will start this on Tuesday and see how it
goes if her nap has been adjusted.

Also if her nap is still in the transition phase, we will start by the
teachers putting her down for nap time (the first one) and take it from
there.

We=E2=80=99ll adjust as needed, and eventually helping her transition to ta=
king
both naps with her teachers. She=E2=80=99s adapting beautifully to meals an=
d
playtime, and we=E2=80=99re confident she=E2=80=99ll get there soon!

We=E2=80=99re here to support Charlie every step of the way in her integrat=
ion at
daycare. =F0=9F=92=9B

Warm regards,
Ms. Mehwaish
