Hi Gabi and Mehwaish,

When I picked Emilia up today she appeared very visibly sick. She was
sitting alone in the corner of the gym and appeared lethargic with bright
red flushed cheeks and glassy eyes, and was unable to walk or crawl to me.
One of the educators mentioned she was =E2=80=9Cextremely exhausted=E2=80=
=9D today, yet she
was left playing alone.

Based on her condition, we checked her temperature immediately at home and
found that she had a high fever of 38.5.

Given her state of sickness and lethargy, we're concerned about why her
temperature was not checked and why we weren't contacted -  especially
since I informed the educator at drop-off that she was recovering from an
illness and was told we would be called if her condition got worse.

We are also concerned about staffing and turnaround, as we were unfamiliar
with the educators present at pickup and unclear about who was responsible
for Emilia=E2=80=99s care in Miss Olivia=E2=80=99s absence.
