Hello Ms. Loujain,

Thank you for your message. I=E2=80=99m sorry to hear that you feel this wa=
y about
your experience.

As communicated previously, expectations, schedules, and conditions were
clearly explained during the training period. While we respect your
decision to discontinue, we do not agree with the characterization of the
workplace or management.

Regarding the training, the certification will be provided for the hours
completed, in accordance with what was agreed upon. You will be notified
once it is ready.

Please also note that we are expecting the chip to be returned to us at
your earliest convenience.

Payroll is processed on a fixed schedule, and payday is this Thursday. You
will be paid accordingly as per our payroll schedule.

We wish you the best moving forward.

Kind regards,

Ms. Mehwaish
