L=E2=80=99augm= entation des salaires est le plus grand enjeu de notre r=C3=A9seau. Les par= ents ont un gain de 5,00$ par jour (en grande partie). Les taux de calcul o= nt =C3=A9t=C3=A9 revus =C3=A0 la hausse pour les familles selon le revenu.<= /span>

Despite the small steps in the right direct= ion in supporting families in Quebec, we would like to share with you our disagreement with t= his increase which once again does not take into account the gap between subsid= ized and unsubsidized daycares. The wage increase of the educators is the major issue in our network. Parents have a gain of $5.00 per day (in general term= s). Rates have been increased for families based on their income.

The childcare ceiling is now set at $10,400 = for the year 2021, which is a rate of $40 per day.  Parents will receive the difference through their taxes based on their number of days of childcare services. For the year 2022, the rate will be $= 41 per day reaching $10,660 per year.  To support families with a child with a disability, the ceiling for these chil= dren will be increased to $14,230 in 2021 and will be indexed to $14,605 as of January 1, 2022.

The childcare tax credit calculati= ons have been increased for all families. The rate increases from 75% to 78% for families with inco= mes under $21,000. The rate goes from 60% to 70% for families earning between $= 42,515 and $101,490. For incomes above $101,490, a minimum rate of reimbursement o= f 67% has been set (initially, it was as little as 26% for families earning more = than $160,000).

We know this is= still not realistic. With the 37,000 places that the Minister wants to create by 2025, there is a real danger for the G= NS network. The Minister is giving himself the power to refuse CPEs near the G= NS's. It will be your duty to find out about the projects in your area and demonstrate the threat and the lack of children in your region. Se= e the MFA website for the regions targeted by the development projects.
The Minister of Family and his g= overnment have a duty to be agile. We assess the rapid construction of the squares as a dangerous step = and a weakened entire network would be the result. Please complete the survey below so that we can prepare our 2022 strategy. It's important that ALL day= cares participate in-order for the sample size to be representative.



We are going to have to be in a strong posi= tion for the year 2022. We will be preparing communications for the election year. We will be= gin our interventions at the beginning of the year, and this will last until th= e election which should take place in the fall of 2022. In order to do this, = we need the cooperation of all of you. We must have a budget to make our netwo= rk known. If we do not have the participation of all of you, it will be diffic= ult to get our message across. At our General Annual Assembly, we will be propo= sing changes to the Coalition to make it even stronger.
