Hello everyone,

We hope you are doing well. We are writing to follow up and ensure that
your child=E2=80=99s health and comfort are well supported while he is with=
 us.

Since the beginning, we have noticed that he scratches his head quite
frequently. In order to help us better understand and support him, we
kindly ask that no hair products (such as gel or mousse) be applied to his
hair. Over the past few days, we noticed the presence of product, and we
would like to eliminate any possible source of irritation.
We are confident that he is receiving a daily bath and that his clothes are
changed regularly. With this in mind, we kindly encourage avoiding the use
of any hair products on him, as this may help support his comfort and
well-being.
